When does anxiety become a disorder?

Anxiety is an emotion that is innate, meaning everyone experiences it. However, some people may notice that it’s more nagging, or the anxiety begins to interfere with their lives. Some of us become anxious at multiple stressors while for others, there’s something specific acting as the trigger.
